I just wanted to say happy birthday to my mom. She would have been 62 this year. I really wanted to throw her a 60th birthday party but it was never organized. She wasn't really keen on the idea of having a party anyway, but I really wanted to give her one.
I wish I could be celebrating your birthday with you, here in Papillion, but that's not reality. So I just wanted to let you know I miss you and wish you a happy 62nd birthday. I know you're celebrating with dad.

Becky, I forgot that your mom & my dad share a birthday! He would have been 63 today. How ironic, huh? You're in my thoughts today because I know how difficult this day has been for me. Love you, friend.
